We will be celebrating the tastes and smells of Fall by
working with seasonal spices and fragrant fresh greenery. The retreat will include a hands-on cooking lesson and tips for making delicious pumpkin ravioli, local cider tasting and other dishes to enjoy the outdoors. We will be crafting herbal bitters to help us through the rich holiday food season. A lovely locally-sourced dinner with wine pairings will end the evening under the stars.
